SLI two 760? - 6 monitors

Would I need to SLI two gtx 760s for me to be able to run 6 monitors with not issues? or do i even need to sli the cards at all?

Two card SLI only works if all of the monitors are connected to the same card, so if you connected 6 monitors to the 2 different cards you wouldn't be able to enable SLI. That said, without the SLI enabled, it would still display to all 6 monitors.
