Slight Blur On My Monitor

hi again.
i recently replaced my second monitors cable which was using dvi to VGA adapter, but it was fault and would go pink every now and then. i replaced it with a straight up dvi to vga cable but it has a slight blur on my monitor. please help me :C

you are running through vga input meaning the analog signal its not going to result in perfect image anyway.! however ensure you have gpu scaling enabled, so full panel is utilised, through properties and make sure you are running the latest video drivers . if this persists try a different gpu/monitor input if possible.

its strange because the little adapter i used before was perfect, i use an old dell monitor which i dont't think would be supported anymore

even an old one still a plug n play monitor.! make sure you have enabled gpu scaling.! as it is an such an old panel , may have gone fault!

i went and changed the scaling on nvidia control panel but there no was difference made to the monitors picture

it could be fault plug from the graphics card?
