A PC turning on doesn't mean it's working fine anymore than someone not being dead means their heart is working fine. Junk PSUs frequently slowly damage components long before they hit the bucket. You can only really know if a PSU is working fine with very expensive load testing equipment. That's why you should always default to a quality power supply even if your PC is turning on with the junky one.

It's likely you've had poor voltage regulation and poor ripple suppression for your components for the whole life of your PSU. When I saw bad capacitors, I'm not talking about ordinary Teapos or mediocre...
CHECK IT these times PSU have overload protection so only the PSU will break, you should check if the fan is spinning and remove dust from the fans if you see dust inside the power supply you can open it and clean it from the inside.

I could be an insect that crawled in there and fried itself, or it could be a cap in there that has cooked itself. Either way you should probably expect to have to replace your PSU sometime soon because you can't trust its condition anymore.

It's likely you've had poor voltage regulation and poor ripple suppression for your components for the whole life of your PSU. When I saw bad capacitors, I'm not talking about ordinary Teapos or mediocre CapXons, but the *really* low quality capacitors, manufactured by brands such as Fuhjyyu or Jun Fu. In PSUs like this, you'll find capacitors like these and occasionally ones so dodgy that the brand was only briefly in business.

Using this PSU was always a bad idea. But using this PSU when you're smelling burning from it means it should never be connected to anything more powerful than a bowl of cereal again. Send it to recycling to make sure nobody ever tries to use it.

Solution
You are right i should have changed it long ago as it used to get hot while playing games
And how to know how much watt power supply is required for my pc
And plz Suggest a good power supply that is enough for my pc
Thanks

Yep it took the motherboard but idk about my ram processor amd graphic card my computer was working after the burning smell are those 3 qould be ok ? And my processor was stucked to the heat sink

Generall speaking, the new Corsair CXs with the black-and-gray label are solid budget choices that tend to be the least expensive among reputable PSUs. I'd probably get the 550 with that CPU. If you see a Corsair CX with neon green on the label, those are much worse.
