Slow Internet. Because of my brother

My Brother has a job on a Garry's Mod Server. The RP server has alot of people on it and because he has 660 Gigabytes left on his computer while mine has less then 1 gigabyte. It sound devious but can someone tell me how to put a jammer up so he cant slow the internet and I can play a game for a change?

Well, a little bit of mischief won't hurt, will it? 😉
Access your router/modem's gateway by entering its IP address in a browser. It's usually 192.168.1.1 but it may differ.
If it doesn't work, press Windows key + R and enter 'cmd' (without the quotes) in the window that pops up. Type 'ipconfig' (without the quotes) and press enter. It will show all active network connections. Find the one that has a number at the 'default gateway' line. That's the address you need.

It'll ask you for an administrator username and password. The default on most routers is 'admin' and 'admin' (both without the quotes). If you don't know, ask someone who does.

Once you're in, I can't help you as effectively due to differences between devices. In my case, I have to go to 'Access restrictions', which is availabl from the top bar. It might be in LAN Setup or Security in your case. Enter your brother's local IP address when you find it and tick 'enable'.
To check what his local IP is, find the connected devices summary (which could be litterally anywhere). His pc's name will show up when he's connected.
