Question Slow internet only on PC

My internet on my PC sometimes stops working or starts acting really slow, and this is for both ethernet and WiFi. In order for it to become normal again I have to reconnect it multiple times. My internet is fine on all my other devices except on my PC. How can I locate what the issue is? I have all my internet drivers updated already.

Try booting thru some live Windows discs like Hiren boot dvd and check how 's the speed. Also try Live linux and check the speed. If it's good something is wrong with your Windows 10. Try resetting network setting on Windows.
Also try DISM commands to restore Windows health

dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
SFC /SCANNOW

above commands will not delete your personal files.

As a last resort consider reset Windows option which is similar to clean install.
