Slow pc and games freezes and fps drops

We have newly build pc and we are having major game freez and overall laggy pc. Maybe you have any idea why it might be happening? Specs: pentium g4560 gtx 1050 4gb of rams
Most of the time games take alot of time to load. Mostly when playing games at beginning is very slow and laggy and memory usage hits 100% i dont know if its good

Boot the computer and open either Task Manager or Resource Monitor. Observe what your system is doing for a few minutes.

Slide the window to one side and leave open. Load and play a game.

Watch the window (being Task Manager or Resource Monitor) and look for some app, process, or service grabbing a large % of some resource. E.g. memory.

Should help narrow down possible culprits.

What games?
What fps, minimum and average?

4gb of ram isn't enough unless your playing games that are ten years old.
