Greetings, all.

I recently upgraded my current desktop. Much of my old desktop didn't make it to my new rig. I want to put together another desktop for my wife since the previous parts are all pretty well intact. The track is that I am trying to find a small case for the leftover components. The main one being the mother board, which is an MSI Z87-G45.

Can someone recommend a small case? I was thinking a cube, but I don't think that'll work with the Z87. Any help is welcomed. Thank you.

Solution
The Raijintek Thetis is probably the smallest case that supports a ATX board, it's even smaller then some ITX towers. I'd highly recommend getting a fully modular PSU as building in the case is quite difficult, I'm actually in the process of rebuilding my system in one to save space.

They come in Black or Silver with Windowed/Windowless versions.

Your are really not going to be able to find a small form factor case for that motherboard because it is an ATX motherboard. For a SFF build, you really need a mITX mobo. You will just have to settle for a small mid tower and it wont be that small.

The Phanteks Eclipse is a solid mid tower for a decent price.

Solution
The Riotoro CR1080 is supposed to be a nice case.
The whole case isn't much bigger than an ATX motherboard.
The PSU and drives fit in a second chamber under the board, similar to a cube case.

Very true...prehaps worth swapping the board then 😉

Thank you, everyone. I'm looking into these suggestions right now.

Update:

I'm going to give the Raijintek Thetis a try. It's not popular in the states, so I'm quite curious about the company. Thank you all!
