Question Smartwatch or wearable activity tracker for monitoring GPS location and health of elderly people?

Does there exist a smartwatch or wearable activity tracker for continuous, real-time monitoring of the GPS location and health of elderly people?

I mean, to be able to check where is the elder people in every moment and maybe the health, blood pressure, pulse, etc...

Not too expensive if possible.

Apple of course is one of the first and they like to sue other companies for patent violations. They of course also want a apple phone so "inexpensive" is not a word you use when you talk apple product.

Fitbit has a large line of watches that seem to be popular and are much cheaper.

I doubt you are going to get any that can give you blood pressure. They do track things like heart rate and step counts.
