[SOLVED] SMD Parts required

Good day Mates.

I need to stock a small number of different SMD parts like mosfets, voltage regulators/controllers, sound IC's, and some other parts. But I have a problem, Maybe someone may give me an idea.

Every laptop comes with a different mosfet, or voltage controller or power IC's. Now I need to stock these parts for at least 30 different laptop models, But I don't know which laptop has which part..


So lets say I need those parts for example...
Asus Rog
Asus N series
Asus zenbook

Dell Xps,
Dell Alienware.

Acer aspire...

And so on..

Now how to know which part number I need to order, or the supplier knows which series or line of laptop uses which parts..?

Try to search for *datasheet* of your smd components. By comparing main parameters (like V, A, temps) you may find compatibility.

Thanks for reply but i think my question is not clear enough..

I do not have any parts. I need to order them. So lets say i need mosfets. Transisters. Voltage regulators. Etc etc.

Now the problem is how can i place an order so i can get all these parts for atleast 30. 40 different models of various brands.

I can not search for a single part one by one for all models. So i thought maybe someone has experience on how to make inventory.

I am repairing laptops as hobby and sometimes i need a small chip worth 50cents and then waiting 3 weeks to arrive from china.

So i thought it would be great if i order all these parts to avoid waiting everytime.

If you have no access to schemes -best way for you is just to buy damaged motherboards at your local area.
