I might only oc the card

The thing Is I want to play witcher 3 at high settings and smoothly as this will be my last game to play because I have got bored from the gaming thing just buying the card for that

my old card was gtx640 ddr5

Get the GTX 960. What is your budget for the PSU? From India?

Gtx 750 ti won't be able to run that game properly, consider 950 or 960. As per Nvidia 750 ti and 960 u will require 400w and 950 will require 350w. Hope that answers your question.
