So I got the surround sound from Big Lots and it's not very loud how do I make it louder

So I bought a I live surround sound system from Big Lots but it's not loud at all I keep trying to turn it up and it won't turn up how do I make the speakers in the system louder

Well if the volume knob doesn't seems to do anything, it's broken.

If volume knobs works, it's already fully clockwise and u still not satisfied, well, get something else. There is no magic.
