Question so i have an issue with my pc

so when i open my pc it opens just fine and then lets say i go ahead and shut it down then when i try to reopen it it will boot but no signal on the monitor and i wont be able to shut down unless i flip the switch on the back so the front panel button doesnt work at that time after that if i was the pc to boot i will have to pull out the GPU and put it back in and then it will boot again so i have to do this whole process every time i want to boot my pc

its a turbox 600w 80 plus bronze power series

go on pcpartpicker add all parts want see what psu u need 600 isnt good enough probably

I am not sure that I clearly understand what you are saying in the OP, but it could be a power problem with your GPU.
This PSU has apparently 2x PCIe 6 + 2 graphics card power cables. Did you test both of them ? Or do you need 2 cables ?

yes but the think is that before i changed the mobo the pc worked fine after i changed it this issue appeared

Can you explain clearly what parts worked well before, and what did you change ?
Because now it is not understandable at all (at least by me).
Are certain parts new, and certaine part older ? What worked with what ?

Yes but when you changes the mobo, did you also change the CPU, thre RAM , the GPU, the PSU ?
Or just the mobo and kept everything else ?
Is this new mobo new or second hand ?
What was the old mobo ?

i didnt change anything else just the mobo and the mobo was new the old one was a B350 mortar arctic

Did you do a complete new installation of windows 10 after changing the mobo ?
If not that would be my next step.

This is not crystal clear. In doubt I would do a fresh win 10 installation. How did you manage the licence transfer from the old to the new mobo ?

tbh i didnt even know what a license transfer is on a mobo until you mentioned it so im pretty sure i havent done anything like that
