Question so my PC is shutting down randomly.

so my pc has been making a hissing sound lately and shutdowns randomly, i barely used it today because of the error. some people said that it was an HDD issue and that my HDD is dying but when i ran a health check on my PC using command prompt when it booted, it says that my HDD was fine, what do i do?

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7400 , Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050ti are the cpu and gpu, uh the psu is gstorm but im not raelly sure how to check the exact power supply.?

Yes, but we need all the information. Nobody is sitting at your PC, so exact information on the drives, the motherboard, the RAM, and especially the PSU are necessary. I don't like making wild guesses because that can lead to bad results.

open the case of your pc. Take a picture of the side of the PSU where things are written. Then post the picture here. That should help give more info.
