Ok, so I mean this for your own benefit, but perhaps you should take a look at what things are actually selling for. You can get that same exact CPU, brand new with a full warranty, for 19 dollars more.

Or, better yet, you can get an i5-9400 for four dollars more, again, new, with warranty, and 100mhz higher boost clock.

Just not a very good deal and you need to realize that used hardware generally sells for 50-75% of current market value in most cases. Sometimes less. Especially if it's an item that the warranty can't be transferred on or has none.

I'd lower your price significantly if you hope to actually sell. The SOLD listings for the i5-8400 on Ebay are generally ranging from 140-160 dollars depending on region, condition and whether or not a cooler is included. That is more in line with reality. Just my advice.

Thank You for your advice :). I am new to selling so I'll keep this into consideration next time.

:)

Generally speaking, when I try to sell something online I look at the first two "sold" pages on Ebay for similar items. You can find those by clicking on the advanced search on the main page to refine your results to "Sold" items only. That tells you not just what people are asking, but what items actually sold for. Then I take about five percent off that price, because it gives what I'm selling the benefit over whatever anybody else is selling, of being a little cheaper. Good luck any how.
