Solid Build i.e. ready to go?

I'd recommend a NZXT S340 over that Corsair case. I've built in it and it's absolutely horrible for cable management.

You can save some money by going down to a 650W PSU, switch to a air cooler that's $50 (it should be better than the h60), and switch to a dual channel config on your memory.

Dual Channel RAM is better.

You can get a better PSU.

Many parts are overpriced and you can do better:

$100 less than your previous build. More RAM at a faster speed. Seasonic PSU is as well rated the PSU you had chosen but cheaper.

Have stock fans as front intake. 1 ML pro in the top as intake for vrm cooling and one ML pro in the back as exhaust.

A lot of things have happened over a few days, but I did go with some of your suggestions such as the NZXT case. Much better since I can put a lot of fans in it. I also went with Ryzen 2600x since I get more value as a work machine and it is close to gaming comparing with the 8600k. I dropped the cooler then since the 2600x comes with a Wraith Spire which should give me a decent overclock. To save some money I dropped the HDD and went with a 512GB SSD. I will add more memory when I need to since it isn't that hard to do. Obviously, I switched motherboards. Since I already had a deal for my 1080GTX and 850W PSU (470 together) I kept that. This is something I forgot to mention. Here is the final build. Thank you so much for your suggestions!
