[Solved] Cd drive on computer not working

i dont know whats wrong with my cd/dvd drive..when i turn my computer on, the drive wont turn on, and it's not showing up in MY COMPUTER....but it's showing up in drive robot..and it says it's updated...can you help!?!?!?
