So my computer can find all of my neighbours wifi but not mine until I reset the router. It will then connect to the internet for about an hour or two, then it will disconnect and be unable to find my wifi connection until I reset the router again.

I'm assuming this means that the problem is to do with my computer and not my internet. It's also worth noting I can connect to the internet from all other devices in the house including my laptop.

When I run the troubleshoot option, it first mentions to me that I should plug an ethernet cable into the computer.

After this, It shows 2 problems found:

None of the networks that you have previously connected to are in range.

A network cable is not properly plugged in or may be broken (which confused me as all other devices seem to be connecting fine).

My network adapter: 802.11n
I've uninstalled this and reinstalled however this has not fixed the problem.

I'm hoping someone here can help me with this issue as it's becoming a real big issue.

Solution
I managed to solve the problem by changing the channel from 13 to 11. 2.4 ghz and 5ghz , the 5ghz was on auto where the 2.4ghz was on 13. I was assuming the computer was trying to connect to the 13 channel where all the other devices were on the auto channel hence why they were connecting fine, so happy no problem is fixed!

Channel 13 is not an allowed channel in all countries. The adapter on the PC may be limited to 1-11 just so they don't have to have different drivers for different countries.
Always set your WIFI channels manually to avoid issues like this. There are also 5Ghz channels that are not allowed everywhere. The low number channels, like 36 or 44 are safe.
