How do I mount a DELL Inspiron 2310 all in one PC onto a wall

You don't, unless you want to fabricate a custom mount out of metal that wraps around to bottom and top edges to grab the PC firmly.

The guys at DELL also threw up their hands after it took me 30 minutes to explain what I want and WHY I wanted it !!! They then said sorry that model (Inspiron ONE 2310) does not support VESA mount but subsequent ones will have it. So I am resigned to wasting my desktop space for keeping it since it will be difficult to mount it with a bracket as suggested above.
