This is terrible advice. His computer has a Pentium 4 and a 305w PSU. The vast majority of video cards both cannot run on his computer without a new PSU and would be wasted on such a weak processor.

And yet somehow I just did so with incredible accuracy. Funny how that is.
He came here for advice from people that know what they are talking about. He likely doesn't have the knowledge to properly evaluate what you said and probably didn't figure someone would knowingly(assuming you actually do have a clue) give him such lazy and inappropriate advice.
