Normally, the PCIe Simple Communication is included in Windows or your OS, otherwise you'll need to decipher the Vendor and Device.

Open the Device Manager, Details, and Device:
Example PCI/VEN_10EC&DEV_8139; Vendor = 10EC (Realtek) and Device = 8139 (NIC model)

You can use something like DriverAgent - http://www.driveragent.com to identify and aid in installing the latest driver. I find it best to download the drivers on your OEM site {MOBO, GPU, Device} all per your correct OS.
