[Solved] Red static on primary monitor.

I just rearranged my hard drive configuration to add a new one and now my primary monitor has red static. I know it's not the monitor itself because the setting menu comes on fine with regular color.

DVI cable wasn't in all the way..

I am getting red static effect only when I start World of tanks.
Sometimes there is no static effect and sometimes it last 1-2 sex or 3-4 sec.
if I Alt+Tab screen have same static effect but every new open window is normal.
