Hi!!From where you want me to go to active directory. Can you explain in detail.

Hi
You have not understood the question itself. If I can get into Administrator. I coul have created a new user.

If I know the answer i wouldnt have been posting a question over here. So Please keep your un necessary suggestions with you and give me a proper answer.

I did understand, but I don't think you gave enough info. Are you talking about a domain account or a local account? You talked about a server, domain system, etc... which all point to a domain account, which you reset on the server. If you can't get into an admin account on the server, nor on the PC, you are out of luck unless you get a windows password reset disk.

You need to get whoever is in charge of your domain to handle this. If you don't know where to go to change a user password, you don't want to start digging around on your own. Plus you need to be able to logon as a domain administrator account, which does not look like you have since you have not been able to do this already.

On the domain controller, go into the User Management tool, you can modify the domain user accounts there.

Start > Programs > Administrative Tools > Active Directory Users and Computers.
