Because your mobo only has 2 fan headers you'll need some other way to connect that last fan.

You can either use a splitter which will let you connect two fans to one header (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812200855&cm_re=fan_splitter-_-12-200-855-_-Product) or you can by an adapter that lets you connect the fan directly to the PSU's molex connector (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812311003&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC-_-pla-_-Internal+Power+Cables-_-N82E16812311003&gclid=Cj0KEQiA6ounBRCq0LKBjKGgysEBEiQAZmpvAxCnCwXktbv38wyy9D47koxUrRoEOUcPFTqb48ZmyMIaAgzD8P8HAQ&gclsrc=aw.ds)

Okay, great. I'll just get a splitter. Do you guys think it would be okay for me to run the computer with just the main chassis fan, not play any games, and just wait for the splitter? I just wanna go ahead and install windows, drivers, and a few programs.

You can probably game. Obviously more airflow is better but you should be fine without it for now.
