Personally I would not use a board with weak and uncooled vrms to power a 125w 8 core cpu. Also that PSU is garbage, never skimp on the PSU it can cause many problems and even damage other hardware. Also for the ram you should get 2x4Gb stick so you can take advantage of dual channel operation.

Some motherboards were created before the cpu was released, therefore pc part picker tell you that it may need a bios update. However, most manufacturers update the bios before sale.
