1. In the SQL Server, the LUN’s presented where shown as “unallocated”
2. Storage Team was involved “EMC” and they verified the logs / configuration from storage perspective and came back with the below comments
“MBR table of these LUNs are empty somehow, for some disk missed part of the MBR table”
3. Storage team carried out the rescanning / represent of the Disks but no luck.
4. Backup was taken a week before
