Some games when loading into drop to 1 fps and spike my CPU!

So I got a new PC for christmas a decent one from my dad and it was working fine until all of a sudden it couldn't run simple games, such as Astroneer, DOOM, Csgo. Everything looks to be fine my temperature never goes higher then 55C max and usually runs 33C. I'm pretty much a PC noob so don't be harsh. Just copied my PC from newegg.

I wouldn't say the system is the problem directly but it might be from your internet connection.
Can you view your ping rate in some games and bring some small screenshots ?
