Im looking at upgrading my GPU, and i was checking on pc part picker to see if it is compatible it came up with a problem saying the cpu may need a bios update, as im currently using the cpu does it matter?
CPU- Intel - Core i5-4590 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor
Mother board - MSI - B85-G43 GAMING ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

If you're already running the CPU on a board and it's working, then you do not need to update the bios. Just pop in the GPU, update the drivers and be off to the races.
