Hey guys.
Yesterday some of the keys on my Red dragon Devarajas keyboard started flickering and eventually they went out completely. It seems to be a single column of keys, F3, 3, E,D, and X are the only ones affected and sometimes they do come back up for short intervals. I fiddled withe the cable and shook it around for a bit but they don't seem to respond to that. The keys work but they don't light up anymore regardless of light pattern, color or intensity and it's only 6 months old 🙁.
Thank you for your time.

Solution
Also, try the keyboard on another known working computer.

Try another known working keyboard on your computer.

Determine if the problem follows the keyboard or stays with the computer.

Likely a keyboard "matrix" problem.

(You can easily find other similar links for more explanation and discussion as you deem necessary.)

Depending on the Red dragon's design there is at least one row or column with a connectivity problem.

Possibly two.

Seconding the RMA - especially if the problem is intermittent.
