My laptop is a Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga L13 running Windows 10, and the system is up to date.
Out of the blue, a handful of keys on my laptop have stopped working. The keys are mostly on the left but some are on the right side (on the left: tab, shift, 1, Q, A Z and on the right: delete, down arrow and shift. The control key is behaving strangely on both sides - when I hit control/C, which would normally copy, instead of copying, it deletes.
When I plug in an external keyboard, all the keys work fine with the laptop.
I've seen advice to uninstall and reinstall the keyboard, but I have 2 keyboards listed in my device manager (HID keyboard device and Standard PS/2 keyboard) so I'm not sure which one to delete and reinstall (I updated both of them and nothing changed).
Any advice would be appreciated!
