Nod32 Antivirus is what I use, its fast and rated very highly by third party reviews.

thanks, is the vista built in firewall good enough, or is there something else I should get as well for a firewall?

The firewall on vista is good, and it has other security features too which make it a fairly secure OS, its not nearly as vulnerable to viruses and such as XP is.

ok thanks, I did some searching and heard tons of good things about nod32, i'll probably get that and use the vista firewall ^^
