In task manager, under the performance tab for memory:
In previous versions it would show your ram speed as the "sold as" number. IE DDR3 1600, whereas things like CPU-Z would show you that it was running 800mhz, the single sided speed I think it's called? Anywho, I know that with double data rate it's actually double that.
I was checking something and noted that in 1903 it shows the "half" rate.
