Lately i've noticed that my ram is behaving really weird. I have 10 gigabytes of RAM , and i'm looking in task manager, and i see that 90% of my ram is being used. But nothing in the list actually uses that much ram. I counted 1 gigabyte only ...

Look at this. I need help. 10 Gigabytes is plenty enough for what i have opened right now. 2 months earlier i've had 2 times more staff opened, and i only had 40% used. I don't know what's wrong. I have disable 85% of startup programmes.

Okay so i found a thread in microsoft forum and guy said to run a chkdsc in cmd, i did that , and i think my problem is fixed. We'll see how it goes later on.

Hello , i have looked at your screen shots and i am curious about something , i am not being nosey but what exactly was you doing when you was using google chrome.
The reason i ask this is because i opened my task manager whilst chrome was in use , my pc was using 112mb and your screen shot shows 593mb .

As somebody else has said you need to do a malware scan. If you have never used malwarebytes before you do a scan and then quarantine/delete any infections.
If the program finds anything you must repeat the scan to see if it finds anything else , this is because some infections can be made up of several segments and in some cases not all segments are deleted on first pass. Also get adwcleaner from the same site.

As i was typing this you added extra information so i am adding some more as well.
Just because your av software did not find anything dont take it for granted that you are clean , i once got some bootleg cad/cam software and malwarebytes found a lot of nasties that the av i was using at the time did not find.
