I just browsing and working on my pc desktop while listening to music
suddenly the screen, and the sound just froze (all screen just like still image, and sound just i can only describe like its frozen but audible)
this is the detail :
- Screen completely froze and unresponsive (cannot ctrl alt del anything)
- Same as sound, it just froze but audible (audio not cut off, it just froze)
- keyboard and mouse rgb light still on
- the only thing i can do is shut the power off via pc button

Then when i turn the pc on, it wont boot
there is no bios pop up (american megatrends thingy), the screen just completely black (no signal)

So I check the common troubleshooter of my problem which is unplug/replug some hardware like cpu, gpu, ssd, hdd, cmos battery, and ram
This is what I First do
- Im Unplugging the ram and plugging again, after some attempts, IT CAN BOOT.

So I Downloaded a memtest86 to check if my ram is bad or not
After checking, there is literally zero error on my ram

Sometimes, my pc FROZE again, having same exact screen and sound just like before
This time, i try to unplug/replug another component
-Unplug replug gpu/cpu doesnt work
-Unplug replug ssd/hdd also doesnt work
-Unplug cmos battery also doesnt work
-Unplug replug some power cable in my motherboard also doesnt work
-So it narrow down to either my ram, my dimm slot, or my power supply
- I Change my ram to slot #1, IT Never works
- So i desperate and try to clean my ram and trying to just unplug/replug into the second ram slot (slot #2)
-after some attempts, IT CAN WORK, and i typing this forum question while it it can work

I need to mention some of my hardware is still new
Power supply is new, gpu is new, and ssd still new
and my motherboard wont boot without ram (old mobo)
Is it the DIMM slot? or a PSU issues? or other issues idk? im really confused

Now, the only thing that can i do is pray for my pc to not frozen, and for my pc to boot easily

Sorry for my bad english
