Question Somewhat Random No BSOD Crashes

Hello all,
Been dealing with a problem with my PC for months now, troubleshooting in every way I know how but am losing my mind so I'm seeking guidance. I'll list out what happens and what I have tried.

Specs:

* ryzen 7 5800x
* asus GA35X
* geforce RTX 4070 super gaming OC
* samsung ssd 990 EVO 1TB NVME
* 2x16gb DDR4 Gold Key Technology 1600 MHz in slots 2 and 4
* COMBAT FG 850W ATX 3.1
* windows 11 pro

**The problem:**

Most frequently, when playing games like R6, Marvel Rivals, BG3, I get crashes that will either occur early into the gaming session or hours in. I will be playing then the screen goes black and the pc resets itself and boots back into windows. On rare occasions when I boot back into windows and type in my password, the PC will crash again then boot back up into windows again. On even rarer occasions, the PC will crash while playing less intense games like LoL or Hades, but it is extremely rare and very unpredictable compared to the other titles.

**What I have tried so far:**

Since it was crashing so frequently with no BSODs I figured it was a power issue, I had no way to test this but bought a new 850 watt psu.

After this though I found there was a corruption issue on my (now old) ssd which couldn't be saved, so I installed a fresh install of windows from a thumb drive onto the new NVME. After this I continued getting crashes so I fresh installed windows 10 about 3 times over the course of 2 weeks to truly check that my windows was installed without any corruptions. ran chkdsk frequently. Memtests all come back fine. The problem with my BSODs is that they barely flash on screen or don't at all and I have no dumps. Before the crashes the only thing that comes up are Warings for Event ID 10016 (distributedCOM) or a Event ID 1014 (DNS Client Events) which seem for the most part to be harmless. (I might be wrong)

My CPU runs hot when playing games like R6 getting upwards of 92c so I thought that could possibly be the issue but I seem to have handled that by framecapping the game which now keeps the temps 82c and under. My CPU idles at 35 when nothing is open and sits regularly at 75-80 while gaming on mostly low-medium settings in competitive games. My GPU temps are very normal, on the cooler side.

I ran stress tests in OCCT and cinebench and none of them crashed my PC the countless times I ran them. I could never recreate the issues I have in games. I wish it was more repeatable as it doesn't seem to occur when certain things happen or during game boots. I just know that it is likely that some point in my session, the PC will crash.

Please help me out, I'm losing hope in having a normal gaming experience with my PC ever again.

What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard?

2x16gb DDR4 Gold Key Technology 1600 MHz in slots 2 and 4
Got a link to the ram you're working with? Did they come with the prebuilt or were they swapped out to the one's listed above?

I installed a fresh install of windows from a thumb drive onto the new NVME
Did you recrate the bootable USB installer and installing the OS in offline mode, then manually installing all relevant drivers with the latest versions in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator?

Can you try and see if your SSD is pending any firmware updates? Speaking of drives, do you have any other drives besides the Samsung drive listed above?

Thank you and happy new years to you too!

For your first question, the BIOS when I checked the morning was from sometime in 2021.
The ram was the kit that came with the original prebuilt, something I never got around to upgrading. Regarding the prebuilt, The only original parts used from it at this point is the mobo, ram, and cpu+aio cooler. (Not sure if that is relevant but I'd think including that information won't hurt.)

The install for windows was done in offline mode and all drivers were downloaded with admin.

For the SSD, yes the drive is up to date and no, I have no other drives but the samsung.
