Sound is not coming

I have already installed the latest version of realtek audio driver on my pc.. But there is still no sound output.. After troubleshooting its not fixed.. But in properties it shows line in option is "currently unavailable".. Plz tell me the solution.

What are you using as your output? Headphones, speakers, monitor?
Make sure you're using the right output on playback devices.

I checked it.. It is connected in right port... Even also sound is not coming in headphone and speaker both.. In both case it shows that "line-in is not available(for speaker) , headphone is not available(for headphone). Whats the main problem?
