Hello, I`m having a problem with my sound.
one day I was watching youtube and then the sound just stopped. I tried plugging my headphones in different jacks and such but it didnt help. I reinstalled the drivers and my os and then the drivers again no help!
BUT, today I listened carefully and heard that the sound IS in fact there its just EXTREMELY low, the things is, my headphones and system volume is at max.

How do I fix this? 😛 Also I think it has to do with what u hear or something cause when sound is playing it shows the sound playing but i can BARELY hear it

edit: Forgot to say I have creative sb x-fi professional sound card 8 gigs of ram but im running on a 32 bit win 7 professional os

Did you right click on the speaker icon in the lower right, open Volume mixer and verify that the volume for all sound sources are turned up to a good level?

Suggest then to pull the sound card and reseat into the MB, checking all connections as you go. MB sound disabled in the bios? Try testing the onboard while the SB card is removed.
