Question sound pad on steam

hi guys,
dumb question i know but i’ve been thinking about getting this, is this safe on steam as i know there is a website download version and i’ve seen somewhere (reddit so probably not right) that an anti virus flagged it as a trojan. my question really is, is it safe to download and does it fully remove everything it installs when uninstalled through steam

From official site, you can only download Trial version. Essentially the same as free Demo version in Steam. If you want full software, you need to pay for it.

None of the installed programs will remove themselves completely when uninstalled. There always remain lingering files and/or registry changes.
