Hello, so I guess the tittle says it all.
To be more specific, when launching anything (chrome, a game, anything that makes the computer just a little bit busy) my sounds (music) starts to stutter and lag insanely, while the program is loading.
When there's nothing else going on, just my music playing, then it plays just fine, no stutters.
All my drivers are up to date.

Ok, this shouldn't happen... but it's hard to diagnose when we don't know your system spec.... could you list it for us? What hardware are you running?

And is the music streaming off the web or playing from files on your system somewhere?

Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit,
AMD FX-6300, 3.5 GHz, six core processor,
8 GB RAM,
AMD Radeon R9 280

Playing it either of the web or from my own files, stuttering is the same.

Ok, well it is gonna be a process of elimination to solve.... Run throught the below checking for the problem after each change you make:

Run full antivirus/malware checks with something good (I use Bitdefender, which is one of the best and there is a free version)
Unplug all but the essential devices (so just your mouse, keybaord, monitor, headphones/speakers) one by one
Uninstall all software that you don't use (check for the problem after each uninstall) app by app
Dial back any overclock on your CPU or GPU
Update all your drivers, one by one, and BIOS

If you don't find yo've fdixed it somewhere through doing all that, you likely have a hardware problem (probably a minor incompatibility) which would be very annoying - at this point it would be worth contacting your motherbaord manufacturer, Microsoft etc for a possible fix

(personally I would also recommend you make the jump to Windows 10, but of course it depends on what software you're running)

Ran a couple of scans, found some malware, updated all my drivers, everything kinda went better for a day or two, now I can still hear a minor stutter.. I still have computer warranty, is it worth to show the computer to them?
