Sound works sometimes

Current Problem:
I am having problems with my sound. Sometimes during reboot or startup my sound would work. Sometimes during startup my sound fails and the driver is still there. But most of the time, my sound driver isn't even there in the device manager. However, when the sound does work, and/or the driver is present, websites such as Youtube fail to even load and play. When the sound is not working and the driver is failed to be found, Youtube works perfectly fine.

Some history:
This has never happened to me since I moved my computer to another room. When I moved the computer and turned it on, I realized the driver wasn't even found. So I shut it down and checked the sound card. It wasn't even in the PCI Slot firmly, just loose. So I then unplugged the computer and pushed it in firmly. But now it only works sometimes instead of always like I want it. I then did a system restore in safe mode and when it rebooted, the sound worked. I thought I fixed it....until the next day.

Some notes:
I do happen to have another OS on my computer, Linux Mint 17.1, and the sound worked fine on their. Haven't experienced anything wrong with the sound yet while on Linux Mint. I also tried reinstalling the drivers (Took a really long time to find them).

My system:
OS: Windows XP (SP3) and Linux Mint
Motherboard: Asus p5n-e sli (Yes, I know its old, please don't mention it)
Sound Card: Creative Sound Blaster Audigy SE
Video Card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 560 (Not sure if I should put this here, but I might as well list all the info I think I might need)

My Theories:
1. Because my Linux OS sound works fine, I think it might have to do with Windows somehow not detecting the drivers on startup sometimes, but they are there.
2. Because it was loose, I think it might have worn down a circuit somewhere somehow. Not sure (I'm no electronic circuit expert) but I think if it works sometimes then it might be that specific card or PCI slot (Haven't tested this yet by switching the Network card and Sound card). But if that were the case, then Linux would be having the same problem.

Anyways, I can't think of any more theories as to why this is happening. If anyone can help me with this problem, I would be grateful.
