Hi!
I bought a new soundcard because the one that is on my motherboard is working very badly. The problem is that anytime i try to download a driver for the soundcard a popup with the text " device not found " or something like that pops out. I can find my device in Device manager but there's a yellow triangle by it. When i press it a window comes out that tells me to update drivers, and then when i try to update it, it says "access denied"... I have disabled onboard Audio in BIOS. i have windows 7 and the sound card is ST Lab 7.1 channel USB 2.0 soundbox. Thank you for reading my issue and i would be very thankful if you tried to answer it :)

Solution
Looking at your bios I would have done the same as you. I can imagine that your head is spinning.
Unless there is a setting in windows stopping you from altering it? I know you said you went into device manager but (and I know how annoying this is) just go through every little detail regarding sound. Then look in all sound options in control panel.
You never know.
Your graphics card is NVidia. If it has an hdmi it should have sound as well. Hi Definition Media Interface - HDMI so its sound and graphics. its an all in one plug.

just checked my device manager and its got all the same Nvidia as you but they're all plugged in. Go to the Nvidia website and install all the Nvidia Geforce Experience updates as well. To me, anything to do with my gpu, I install. If they've sent it to me, it's because they know more than I do about gpu's. 🙂
