Just get an heatsink from an old VGA card, size 30mmx30mm. It fits perfectly on the SB chip and no maore overheat SB. The easiest way to diagnose the overheating SB is to use the nForce APU. If you experience crackling and/or statics interruption after intensive period of gaming/heavy duty software, your SB chip is overheating. If you never experience any problem, then you are fine but still I reckon to put a heatsink onto it.

I don't shop online, and I'm in Melbourne, Australia; you can try googling around, if you want to look for it locally, 3M manufactures thermal tape, maybe ask for it at some hardware store or electronic store???

Go to http://Pricewatch.com and search for 'thermal tape' You should find multiple sites from which to purchase it. This should be interesting also...it's your motherboard...someone decided to chronicle themselves swapping the northbridge cooler to southbridge and then purchase a new northbridge cooler. Hope this helps.
