Question Spacing between graphic card and case

Hello i just finished buying and mounting all my components, the case is not small by any mean... Fractal Norh XL. Bought an 5080 Astral and after installing it i feel like the room between the GPU and case is fairly small, i had to cut the GPU stand support that came with the GPU to support the weight. Would you guys have any concern with the cables going under and this little room for the GPU intake fans?

note: i can't realy mount it vertically since theres a exhaust fan integrated in the GPU.

here's a picture looking for advice and thought about this. thank you

Looks fine to me.

If you want to see tight space for GPUs with essentially 0 airflow for GPU fans, look old images of quad-SLI;

Now, that's tight. But GPUs worked nevertheless. :)

So you guys wouln't worry about the airflow coming from GPU intake being close to the case and the cable having to bend?

How would you guys route the cable for the GPU? considering theres a exhaust fan on the top right of the GPU

Yeah all these setups have alot more room than i do tho

i got 3 intake fans up front, 1 exhaust in the back, radiator up top, the GPU have the 3 fans intake and 1 exhaust at the top and the case is all mesh pannel

Well, it was your own decision to pick smaller PC case.

Overall, your build is fine. The GPU you have, can freely survive in much smaller PC cases as well, e.g in mini-ITX builds.
~2cm free space in front of the GPU fans usually suffices.
Fractal north XL is considered a small case? caase can fit a eatx, i didn't expect to have this little room under my GPU
