hi there,
i have the latest version of VLC media player.
iv been trying to span a movie across 2 monitors, so far all that i have read and tried has failed. what i have tried is using VLC and going to Preferences / show settings 'ALL' / Video / Filters / Image wall setting
NO. Columns to 2
NO. of rows to 0
Element aspect ratio to 4:3 or 16:9 then
going to filters-
Checking the 'Wall Video Filter' (I don't know which one to Check because there are 2 of the same check boxes. one at the top under "Video filter module" and one at the bottom under 'Video splitter module'.)
then i went to video and un-checked 'Overlay video output'.
what happens when i check both ''Wall Video Filter" boxes and restart VLC, VLC crashes. When i Check the one only at the top under "Video filter module" VLC works but the Movie does not span over both monitors. When i check the one at the bottom under 'Video splitter module' VLC crashes...
Please help me i have run out of ideas and dont know what to do.
