Spare pins broke in a mobo msi 1150 cpu socket.

Hi my friends, im about to buy a msi 1150 mobo but the seller says that the mobo has a broken pin (cpu socket) but also said that is a spare pin, it wont affect the mobo and the mobo works like new, is that posible???

in theory, possible since intel lists odd 40+ pins as RSVD aka reserved aka spare but... there could be other things wrong with the motherboard also.

big question is, if mobo works perfectly and is fine, why is he selling it? in any case as mentioned above, buying broken things should be seen as "nope" unless it is "free"
