A 400 watt psu would be sufficient for normal use with those specs ( don't think you're going to find one with dual pcie connectors though )

Excellent article. It supports my firm belief that it is not necessary to anticipate using as much power as a hair dryer just to play games. With the latest AMD GPUs needing a lot less power, and Kepler rumored to be similar, other data seems to be converging on that conclusion as well.
