Speakers not detecting after motherboard upgrade.

Hi,
I had an ECS G41T-M7 motherboard in which my speakers were working fine but when I upgraded my motherboard to GIGABYTE GA-G41MT-S2 (rev 1.4) now it doesn't detect my speakers at all, I've installed all the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website(Realtek azalia) and I've also tried uninstalling the drivers from device manager and rebooting but still nothing works. Can anyone help me.
My specs:
Intel core 2 quad
Nanya 2 GB DDR3 1333MHz
AMD Radeon HD 5450
GIGABYTE GA-G41MT-S2(v 1.4)

Did you completely reinstalled Windows alongside the MOBO upgrade?

Yes, I completely reinstalled windows 10 after the upgrade but still nothing works.

Well, if you've installed the correct drivers and reinstalled windows... Check your cable connections again to see if everythings is perfectly attached.
If nothing happens, call support and ask for a exchange.
