The time has come to buy a new laptop. It needs to be capable of multiple uses like home, creativity and some light gaming. I would like the 2 in 1 type if possible.
Here is what i would like :
  1. Light weight, portable. not bigger than 15 inches screen.
  2. I would like to have the new i9 13900k processor
  3. I would like a dedicated graphics by Nvidia, midrange not top of the line.
  4. Windows 11 if possible.
  5. I'm flexible with my budget but let's say $2k, + or -.

Please feel free to recommend what you think is close to what i'm looking for. I'm only asking because i'm too busy. There are so many options out there but my schedule is very tight. Thank you.

Not a 2 in 1 and a 16", but within budget and basic requirements:

Seeing a common theme emerging:

HP was a bust.

The gaming companies aren't too known for making 2 in 1, so you can probably skip Gigabyte, MSI, etc.

ASUS on the other hand has been in the laptop business a lot longer and they do make things like that. But if you look at their i9 offerings, it is more of the same. 16" laptops with 4080 and the i9-13980HX which is the super overclockable one(for some reason), pricing is more difficult with them as they don't do direct sales.

You could try boutique builders like Falcon Northwest. But you can get pretty much the same thing from Dell or Lenovo for less...so.

Thank you for your responses. I started to see clearly now. I think a nice 2 in 1 is a better bet for me. I like the Asus Zenbook and Lenovo. Anyone knows when the new generation is going to be available for sale?
