Speedfan help i cant figure this out.. help please!

Ok so i give up i have coretemp realtemp prime95 and speedfan. Speedfan is showing my cpu at 80-85 degrees celsius idle. when i used prime95 at 100% load it showed my cpu temp in speedfan lower to about 40 and my cores are all running between 35-55 degrees celsius and thats idle to max load. I cant figure out how to lower my cpu temp in speedfan and why its reading so hot i have cleaned the entire pc from dust so i know nothing is clogged. Also because its so high it is making my heatsink run loud and its noisy and i cannot figure out how to fix it. Im running an i7 2600k with a cooler master v8. Again all the cores are running low and the cpu is running high at all times except when i am running high loads. Anyone wanna take a stab at this?

Use hw monitor. Speedfan, and coretemp will give false results. Especially speed fan, though Your cooler might not be mounted on properly.

Use the bios settings if you want to control fan speed, or maybe a fan controller.

I quit relying on speedfan long ago, I find it works well for some computers and is absolutely inaccurate on others.
