by !Gangrel.
"..." : Obfuscate card, inferior reduces bleed by younger vamp by one.
OBF: Fails a vote called by a titled vampire (or one that requires a
title)

must eat older vampires when they are in torpor.
Tariq the Silent: 7 cap Red List (black Hand?) cel aus FOR OBF QUI can
steal a blood as a ranged strike, reduce cap by four while controlled.
No blood curse. Merged. No cap reduction.
Esteem End of a successful D action against a meth. with the edge. Gain
control of the edge.
Undue Influence. Anarch requirement. Action. (maybe +1 stealth)Name an
uncontrolled vampire of yours. chi: Move a blood from (one of your
vampires?) to named vampire. pre: bleed. Move a counter to choosen
vampire if successful. qui: Move a counter to the choosen card. If the
card has its cap reached or exceeded, move them into ready region.
Condemnation Mute: chi D action to tap a younger vampire. dai: put on a
vampire, they get - 3 votes. DAI: (As above ?) and they burn a blood
each time a referendum passes.

weapons can rush and blood cursed.
Alexis Sorensen. Ravnos. G4. 8 cap. for CEL CHI OBF PRO indy. Red
Listed. Can dodge once per combat. +1 bleed against toreador
controllers, and something about weapons...
Pariah. pot pre OBF PRO g2 (6?) cap. indy During your master phase,
discard a master card from your hand or tap Pariah. Can rush. Can't
take non-D actions (other than hunt). +1 strength. scarce sterile

Library:

Soul Decoration +1 stealth action obf cel: D. Bleed. OBF CEL: Put on
acting vampire. Once per action may cancel an auspex card as played
(recover costs if any).

Kings Law: Judgement. Assamite master. Contract. Trifle. Tap an
assamite you control, put on younger vampire. Assamite may rush that
guy. (+1 stealth or not, I don't know).

Night's Shade: AM Obt: Plya as action is announced. younger vamp or
ally gets -1 intercept for remainder of action. OBT: Give a younger
vamp or ally -1 intercept.
Backstep: Combat. Manuever to long. If opposing min. inflicts damage on
ya', it gets a press.

According to the audio posts, Pariah is group 2, Lorrie Dunsirn is
group 4, and as we know Allonzo Montoya is group 3.

ani: Employ an animal retainer from your hand before range is
determined. Pay cost as normal.
ANI: Burn an animal retainer employed by this vampire and put this card
on this vampire. The minion with this card gets +1 strength. A minion
may only have one Pack Alpha.

Big Game
Action
Do not replace until the end of this action.
(D) Enter combat with a ready minion controlled by another Methuselah.
If that minion is a Red List minion, this minion gets an optional
maneuver or press in that combat and untaps at the end of the action if
he or she is still ready.

Phased Motion Detector
Equipment
Once each action, when a vampire plays an action modifier that requires
Chimestry, Obfuscate or Obtenebration, this minion gets +1 intercept
for the current action, even if interrecpt is not yet needed. A minion
may have only one Phased Motion Detector.

Rebirth
Action Modifer
Requires a Red List minion. Only usable when a diablerie action is
successful.
No blood hunt may be called, and this vampire untaps. A vampire can
play only one Rebirth each turn.

important text left off: a vamp can only play one each turn.

on saturday at one prerelease (10 players) the final had 2 !gang decks
that came 1st and 2nd.
on sunday at another prerelease (16-then-15 players after first round)
there were no !gangrel in the final, and 1st and 2nd were both
alastors. baali came 3rd and 4th and 5th. 😀 (my baali deck was 1st
seed going into finals...so i had no chance)

!gangrel. the blood goes to a vamp of your prey who's not at capacity.
it triggers either during your discard phase or the end of your turn,
i can't remember which, and i doubt it makes a difference.

it's name's Rabbat. it's a strike at close range to torpor opposing
vamp. it's text is it can ONLY block stuff directed at it or it's
stuff, not other actions, and it can't take d actions. it Hidden
Lurkers quite well, though. :)
