Hi all,

Recently I started getting BSoD ~3 min after logging in to my Windows 10.

Things I've tried to narrow down the possible issues list:
  • Full format of my main SSD (that had windows installed) and reinstalling a clean Windows 10.
  • Repeating this with Windows 11.
Since this didn't help I've started looking for hardware issues:
  • Plugged a new stronger PSU to eliminate power issues
  • SSDs health check (read / write counters) which was perefectly fine for both SSDs.
  • Nothing is overheating according to Aida64
At this point my main SSD disapeared from bootable devices list in bios, so I've tried:
  • Switching places between the two SSDs.
It reapeared and got me a fresh new BSoD minutes after logging in to windows. I've logged in from my second SSD (Ubuntu) and it is now stable and I still can browse my first SSD in file explorer.

Then I tried "disk benchmark" through Ubuntu:
  • The second SSD (Ubuntu) werked fine
  • The first SSD (Windows) crashed
I am not sure what is going on. I was sure that once SSD dies - it stops working. Instead, the first SSD (Windows) does work sometimes until it crashes (it doesn't look temeperature related). How else can I make sure that my first SSD is dead without any doubt?

Thanks.
